Increases handling, damage resistance, and accuracy when peeking behind cover.

So you gain bonus handling and Damage resistance when you peeking behind the cover like you ADs and auto stand up? Sorry I never seen this since TDB so I'm kinda a noob XD

The perk was, but the crouch+ads thing is not new.
