Aim assist is why destiny will always be a casual game, i play other games if i want to test myself against skilled players.
[spoiler]The 1 thing that ive never done in destiny is said "damn, that guy got me with an awesome shot", i say this regularly on other games which is why i prefer my pvp on those other games.[/spoiler]

This^. I completely agree, most shooters ive played always had the option to turn off aim assist in the settings, this game should have the same option.

I can definitely tell when a sniper had a good shot compared to being just a camping like shiet and aiming at head level the entire game.
