You can do this with tracking. Get a lock then quickly aim skyward and shoot. It will still track. It is actually a good technique to get your rocket over cover or help to not hit a teammates elbow.

Me too. That would be great if this could actually be a perk on rockets. Give the bootleg method a try though.
