unfortunately not, they seem to be pushing hard for people to upgrade to next gen, but i guess the whole industry is, so oh well :(

No one could answer this for me , but do you need to be level 40 before receiving the quest , all the other requirements check out and I still haven't got it

No u can receive the quest at any level, but whether you can do it is another question
