You obviously don't know anything about networks. Plus there are people who are limited in their choice of providers. I know of few who can't get better because what they have is the best they can get and/or afford. [spoiler]some people got this thing called a budget, shocker I know. [/spoiler]

Why the hell should I care. They ruin everyone who they play with's gameplay. Seriously you don't have to spend much for a good connection. Lag usually comes and goes for people, regardless of their provider. You too obviously know nothing of networks

So basically if the only service that's provided is mediocre the people shouldn't be allowed online gameplay like the rest? I remember my time in Virginia and only being able to use Cox communication I had better speeds with my phone.

Now that is Bungie's fault. They should only be pairing you up with people in Virginia if that's the case. I think that what he's talking about is people who lived in heavily populated areas, have long range connection, but have 10 devices on the network at once, etc. [spoiler]if only Bungie got those dedicated servers...[/spoiler]
