Lol played for over 18 days. Much less than some but not a noob either. Litc is a 25% chance not guaranteed like final round.

It's actually 40% if you take the time to calculate it

Ive seen the calculations too, except 40% isn't correct because you can't reload once you're down to 4 bullets and such. It's 25% chance per clip

One random bullet in the magazine does extra damage. The magazine is 4. Are you talking about some other sniper than Eirene?
