The real question is Will LITC one shot headshot a Sunbreaker? If the LITC gives a buff on precision shots and considering the impact on the Eirene, Will that shot one shot headshot a Sunbreaker?

I've one shot them with it before, but to be honest, it happens so quickly, they may not have been at 100% health, & I may have been a higher level if it was in iron banner or something, although I'm pretty sure you can one shot them just straight up the way it is now. From what I read, it doesn't sound like they are giving it an extra buff, it just sounds like they are removing the buff from any non-precision hits.
