I thought it was at first too because I usually use hand cannons in pvp for max damage and when I used this it felt like it wasn't doing the damage. I tried it again in iron banner and I actually like it the most now. It's kill time is so fast

What is the difference between the ADEPT and the NORMAL model? I only have the non-Adept one.

I think the adept come with last resort where the kinetic damage perk is. It comes with last resort. you don't have to unlock it. I think is the difference but Idk for sure
