Now I've resorted to entering and exiting the Tower looking for people beneath six days of play time and that isn't working either.

You CAN make a new account because you can set your xbox to your home system and share all dlc and xbox live gold, you just have to do it with someone else. You make a fake account for them then they make a fake account for you. Make sense?

I have been. Found a couple of Kinderguardians, but the people I message don't respond. You'd think inviting them to help with Destiny would be of interest in a social game, oh well.

I tried it and Console sharing (Sharing DLC and the game does NOT count as Bungie made that clear to everyone) I tried it and it failed good luck trying though and wasting time like I did.

Have tried signing in on the same controller with your main account still signed in?

Using the same controller that your main account is signed into, sign in with your second profile.

Do you have to be on your home xbox? 'cause I'm at a friend's house, trying to do it with a friend over xbox live.
