It's actually most likely a bug on the Shadowshot

That could be possible. I did have quiver equipped. Idk if anyone has ever died at the same time they transformed into their HoS but maybe there are invincibility frames? Just a guess I don't know I just hope this gets fixed if it's a bug or a glitch
