Since Quivers been back I've noticed a huge increase in it doing absolutely nothing. Either by hitting them directly with the arrow and them still being half health or having them casually stroll past a tether and not get stuck in it. I just started using my GG instead, SS isn't worth using in PvP.

Well if you want to use your SUPPORT super OFFENSIVELY (by which I mean using it to DIRECTLY get kills) I guess there are some drawbacks huh? I'm glad they fixed quiver. It's way less annoying that black hole and now all the Hunter kids prefer to use the weaker version of the super. Funny as hell watching them spam 3 shots, missing twice and at that point they may as well have just had black hole on to begin with... lol.
