Please let the installation continue. 1.18 is simply the client version of the download that will appear on Playstation (common behavior).
The update you are actually installing is 2.0.2, Destiny's latest.

This is common download behavior on the Playstation. As I mentioned, 1.18 isn't actually the patch number, it is the client version of the update for Destiny.
