My guess is that those two classes only had a single chest piece currently in year two. Warlocks had three off the top of my head. I was upset that the astrocyte verse was not inserted though.

Not much use for exotic boots. Every other class item always has better perks, but to each their own.

I think it would be nice. I think it would be cool if while you run you leave a trail of lightning that does lots of damage to the enemy.
