Warlocks have more chests because the other two classes have more exotics in other catagories. They didn't need to give warlock a chest, but those boots would have been nice, especially since Hunters and Titans got a pair back each when Warlock still has none. The update in general only had 2 things for Warlocks which contained nothing new, the other two classes got more AND something each.
