A lot of it is based on statistics and numbers, not complaints. I would actually say that the streamers influence the PLAYERS, and bungie reacts to that (the way they play/ what they use) more than what the streamers do themselves. But not to say they don't listen at all, they do.

Everyone wants the game to be a certain way. Streamers may be able to be heard a little better than the average person. Maybe you could stream and get a following and it would work for you too idk
