Shouldn't of said you let let your friend play your account hey you know that's illegal and that's maybe why your banned.

It's not illegal I believe but Bungie nor Sony/Microsoft will be held liable for anything that happens.

They do get restricted for booting. You just don't see it happening before your eyes.
