I believe you're overthinking things.
The chances of Bungie not having released these exotics due to the word of a few popular players is extremely low.
I agree that their opinions are held higher than that of a regular person posting on the forums, but I don't believe Bungie actually makes decisions based on what these people are saying.
I just really don't think there's any way that the things that have been held back, have anything to do w. Anybody's preliminary reviews.
That's just me though, I guess it's possible. Just way too unlikely. & if they're only releasing 2 items, my guess is they will not be class specific. They'll likely be weapons...that's what I'd assume at least. Don't see why they'd only give two classes new exotics.

Edited by WormChi: 11/20/2015 6:22:29 PMI agree 90% of the time, but for something like Astrocyte Verse they all said the same thing, "Way to go Bungie on nerfing Blink and giving locks blink back." They couldn't predict how OP the new subclasses would be or the nerfs to shot guns, but they still cried OP with no actual proof. I guarantee Bungie doesn't want to get caught with egg on their face and that's why they're holding it back. It's just dumb they were told more exotics then ever and then get half of we we used to have.
