1 ReplyOnly 13% or so of the playtime (per leaked info-graphics) is spent in PvP. Bungie knows that PvP greatly extends a game's lifespan (people still play Halo 3 online on 360 and it's been almost a decade) but no one is really playing Destiny's PvP. Their solution? Force people to play it and pray to the Allah that some people will become hooked. [spoiler]Most people still hate PvP in Destiny.[/spoiler]

I could see how that would be fustrating if you are not good at/don't like PvP. Which thing are you talking about quest or IB?

4 RepliesDon't like PvP then play something else. PvE or another game. I bought Halo 4 yesterday and I'll be on my way home today. Heard good things about Halo PvP and if it turns out the way I think it will, I won't be coming to Destiny PvP anytime soon

Lots of great games have just come out, so move on for now. Destiny needs more context and less grind. Once I realized how shallow and empty the rewards in Destiny are, I lost all incentive to grind for them. I mean, It'll all be useless when Destiny 2 releases next year.

6 RepliesHonestly, I enjoy PvP [b]sometimes[/b] (we'll get to that in a sec). When I play, I play for fun. I'll level weapons that need levelling, test out new weapons and armor pieces, or just run around annoying people. I'm no try hard and could care less about KD. I play for fun. That said... I'm not good at all. I'd say I'm below average to mediocre at best (highest KD was 3.5 so...). So when I keep getting quests for weapons that [i]requires[/i] me to not just play PvP but play well, I get tired of it. It no longer becomes fun but becomes a chore. I still haven't gotten First Curse or Chaperone because of the difficulty of it. And honestly, outside of the raid, PvE related quests just aren't that difficult in comparison. Idk, I think Bungie is trying too hard to drag people in to PvP

Yeah, i stopped playing PvP. Just gonna take my time, hop on for dailies, 1 Raid / week. Lots of other great games to play right now anyways.

2 RepliesAll of you telling him his definition of forced is wrong simply don't know the whole story. Deej came over to his house and chained him to the couch and wouldn't let him go until all his crucible bounties were complete. The way I see it he has a legitimate complaint.
