Doubt it. Jade Rabbit has the fate of all fools perk. Why release two guns with the same signature perk unless one will remain unobtainable?

But why add the grimoire card with all the other exotics if it is unobtainable ?

Because its in the game, but for only 1 person dude. Its like how xbox players have to wait until 2016 to recieve the jade rabbit and echo chamber grimoire cards except we're never getting FoaF. They have told us a couple of times it isn't coming to us. It's only for the one guy. And maybe if bungie was super nice and they [b][u]might[/u][/b] let us have it but its literally the Jade Rabbit so there is really no point.
