Yeah it's bugged. Just like how the impact bar of the red death was bugged pre-TTK, it's a curse!

Yea, it was bugged. It used to show Impact similar to Hopscotch Pilgrim/Spare Change .25.

Stat values were not changed, UI display only" Edit: red death got patched about roughly a year ago and used to be high impact. When it got changed to a higher rate of fire and lower impact, the changes in the UI display were bugged and not done correctly. That got corrected in the TTK update (see above)

Ah that explains it. I thought they changed Red Death's archtype with ttk (like they did with hopscotch). The stability bar is still a lie though. It's WAY more stable than that tiny bar suggests.
