Have you collected 45 fragments on the or character? When in orbit, look at the dreadnaught and it will show how many fragments you have picked up.

im pretty sure i have 45 id check but id wake up my parents

Sadly you have to do it on the game, if you check on your phone it will show all you have picked up but you'll have to count them all and also, If you've picked up one on another character you will have to take that into consideration.
