[b]You see more blood and defenses, which you dispatch quickly. You come to a control room of sorts.[/b]

[b]You come across a shutdown for all of the base's systems.[/b]

[b]He presses it, what killed the research team he didn't want to know, and goes to his ship[/b]

[i]No....NO!![/i] [b]He sprints frantically as he charges his prototypes new attack mode Once at the airlock, he blasts the doors open, and gets into his ship, which is blasting at the necromorphs [/b] [i]I have to warn the team[/i] [b]The ship blasts off and gets out of the station, at which point he blasts it with a heavy barrage of missiles[/b]

[b]The station cracks in half, burning up as you hit a fuel reserve. You turn around to see a necromorph made it on your ship and is grabbing your arm.[/b]

[b]He pulls his plasma cutter as the warp engages, causing them both to tumble as the ship plummets towards the Cyprus He fires at it[/b] [spoiler]Slasher? Puker? Lurker? There's a lot of them[/spoiler]

[spoiler]slasher[/spoiler] [b]It regains its balance a bit and crawls towards you.[/b]

[b]As the ship crashes, he jumps out into the hangar, but even as his fighter explodes, he didn't know if it was dead[/b]

[b]Blood seeps out from most of the ship, and it's blood curtling screeches finally stop as the ship burns. You spot an audio log in the wreckage, that was possibly carried on accidentally by the necromorph.[/b]

I've locked down most of the station, and I'm not sure how long it will last. This cannot spread any further. I will turn on the stations defenses to be sure no one ever carries this any further, then I will attempt to make my way through the locked wings to the fuel supply and detonate it. If I am to fail, I pray the defenses hold the line. This [u]cannot[/u] leave the station. Do not make the same mistake we did." [b]The sound of a door opening and locking down behind him is heard.[/b] "I'm not sure how long I'll last. This is the professor, signing o- OH GOD NO! PLEEAAA-" [b]The tape ends.[/b]
