The spindle has higher impact. I have both. At same level spindle>eirene for first two raid bosses. All other activities, eirene> spindle. Spindle takes exotic slot, not worth it unless you have limited time to land all shots against a large/stationary target. Personally I use either eirene or 1000 yard with casket mag and triple tap. (Have that roll on both)
