What the hell does the little Pip-Boy icon under "requires" mean while in the workshop? Can't figure that one out lol

It means that it is meant for a person to use. Either you or an npc. Like artillery guns have to have people on them for them to work. But the reason you can't make a bed is because it isn't placed in a good spot, or you don't have enough materials.

Usually it's a certain perk lol.. Like the science perk for mods or something like that.
