Dumb logic. I'm all for gun rights and blah blah blah. But Colorado has pretty good gun laws for citizens but that didnt stop the fckstick from going into a theater and massacring those people.

 • Was that theatre a gun free zone? I'm actually not sure, but most theaters near me are.

 • Possibly. I know some of the malls in Arkansas are gun free. And that's part of the point. France can enact gun laws similar to those states but private businesses would still be allowed to restrict all firearms on their property.

 • Thats part of the reason why people target these places, because they know that there will not be any legal gun owners there. Especially schools.

 • And? What is your point? Your just said these people attack places with no guns. They attack places with no guns. Even in states that have gun laws favoring the common citizen. Colorado theater. Columbine. Virginia Tech. Three places in states with carry laws and these people still attack those places. You cannot force private entities to allow people to carry guns on their property. It doesn't matter if the state has open carry or concealed carry.

 • The point is that people should be allowed to carry in public. There should be more trained officers in schools. No, you can't force property owners to allow guns. Thats their choice.

 • And none of what you just said would have influenced the outcome in France. All the places were private businesses that would not have allowed guns to be carried within their property. Very few properties do.
