I'd be willing to bet that more people will die because of gun violence in America over the course of this year than the number of people that were killed in the attacks

Considering a year is a long time, and America has millions of citizens thats a safe bet. I would just like to know the context of it. Was it a robber killing his victim? Was it a murderer? Was it in self defense? Was it gang on gang or cops vs criminals?
-
Are the people killed in differing contexts any less dead than each other?
-
Thats almost like asking if it matters what a criminal os in for. I mean, they're all in jail right?
-
Jail and being dead are two very different things
-
But the same idea applies. Do you mourn the death of a gang member or a cop? Do you sentence someone lighter for theift than murder? Context us always important my friend.
-
You can't sentence a person to being more dead than somebody else :/
-
But the context is still as important. Are that thick?

Edited by Woupsea: 11/15/2015 6:01:50 AMK. So a guy walks into a bank and sticks a gun in somebody's face, a police officer comes by and kills him Vs A thug guns down another thug for coming into his turf Both of these people could have survived if guns weren't a part of the equation. Either way, whether they deserved it or not, they're dead.

Yet criminals will always find a way to get guns. They don't go to the gun shop and get it legally. They buy it from a guy they know. And as criminals they take that risk of being shot, wether by a citizen or a cop.

Edited by Woupsea: 11/15/2015 6:22:14 AMDoesn't matter how the weapons are obtained, I'm not advocating nor denouncing gun control

Then... What the hell are we arguing about!!!???
