I didn't read into depth, but you seem to repeat words and phrases. The prime example would be "this speech". Try to limit that phrase to about 2 times a paragraph. Not a bad start though!

You could use "it" sometimes. The reader knows the topic is about the speech so it's not necessary to redefine it so often. You could get rather fancy with your words and use phrases like "literary masterpiece" and whatnot.

I searched "this speech" and I have used this phrase 10 times XD. Going to fix this repetition first real quick. Someone else said the same thing you have
