Speaking of defeating Oryx, I have a question maybe someone would care to answer. I've done almost everything on destiny now like all here have. Except one. I've not beaten Oryx on hard yet. Have gotten to the sisters. When I ck forums for help, I e noticed the one thing In common in all the post for hard raid. "Must have experience" well I'm wondering how do I get it when no one will take the time to teach me and others like me because if that requirement? Did they not get taught themselves by someone else with enough patience to do so? Now that they have the experience they don't want to raid with anyone that doesn't. I'm just curious as to why that is.

Watch a video and then lie to the group. :) let them get pissed when your lack of experience shines through, but then you get experience anyway. This was my method for VoG, CE, Trials, and now KF. Eventually you do get the experience (and the emblem) this way. Happy raiding. May the loot be ever in your favor.

Watch videos on YouTube. You can learn the different strategies there and become experienced.

Just claim to have experience and if you are a fast learner they won't even notice.. I missed the first weekend due to work and still got in the next weekend by just saying I knew what I was doing cause I watched a video on how to beat with both strats

It's not very difficult, all you need to do, if you're on a platform is: (No Knight) Wait for your turn to jump on. Jump on your pedestal. Sit down (down emote) in the corner of the pedestal away from your Ogre and the Ogre across from you. Wait for the runner to get the relic. Jump to the Daughters platform where your Titans have a bubble. Help lower Ogres to 10% if the Titans have not already done it. Wait for Oryx to slam his fist. Stagger Oryx with Touch of Malices, ideally. Kill your Ogre. Jump to your Blight, wait until it detonates. Run to the center and do whatever. Do Bomb running or Echo fight, as per usual. Repeat until Oryx's big dumb corpse floats into space. If you're one of the two Titans that most teams use to kill Ogres, you're using Blessing of Light bubbles to feed ToM instead of hurting yourself, lowering Ogres to 10% or so. One of you stays middle, the other gets the 4th Blight. Relic runner does runner stuff, as per usual.

These are either one of three types of people: -Those without experience who post for people to have experience so that they can be carried through. -Those who don't feel like explaining one simple new mechanic to a new person. Why the -blam!- would they help some one? No time for that! -Those who just don't have time and want a quick run through. Personally, I run with casual groups from the100.io. People tend to be more lenient there than Bungie.net groups and /r/Fireteams.
