its not much to figure out. Peter Dinklage did the original voice for the ghost....which sounds somewhat like a robot/automated voice so robotic sounding voice done by Peter Dinklage= "Dinklebot" as a side note, I HATE the new voice. Long live Dinklebot!!!! We would still have him as the voice if he weren't so damn busy and in demand. Bungie said they wanted someone that would be available to add or change things as needed and Dinklage just was not available most of the time due to his popularity.
