The VIP rewards are for people that actually were VIPs. You played for a month and then quit. That's not a VIP.

No he has to of reached level 30 in that year to be considered vip

If a guy can play for a month and quit, and he gets the same reward as a person who played all year, then it shows how shitty they treat their loyal customers.
