I was a level 14 in a level 30 area and used a stealth boy to sneak through. They deathclaw didn't even smack me, soon as it neared me it would insta cut scene of me dying lol that stealth boy was a lifesaver

Dumb question, but how do you identify what level enemies are and engage the mode where you can hit crit spots? I'm on xbox.

Oh you meant VATS Just LB when in combat, be warned it only slows time, so it's useless against a high level super fast deathclaw

I'm in Xbox too, you don't know what level exactly. I was watching the mission on YouTube to guide me and he was a 36 and struggling still.. So it could have been higher So far idk about crit spots at all honestly If they are higher level than you they will have a skull by their name If they are legendary they will have a star and have a title like "legendary super mutant Tom"

Towards the far left side of the map, there are quite a few. I had to fight off three. One after another. Those things are a pain, especially when they lunge at you in the animation

I almost got notice by a death law while sneaking and I was at caution. And then like if God hears my prayers a second before i stood up to face my death. Bam the brotherhood with laser miniguns -blam!- him up. I wanted to hug them. XD
