I recently went from a 360 to a xbox one.
Your expansion pass, TBD, HoW will all cross over to your xbox one.
If you had a digital copy of Destiny it will too. The 360 disk version will not work in your new console.
TTK is console specific so it will not transfer.
I went ahead and bought the TTK Legendary Edition for the xbox one.
It does have all the previous DLC's as well.
Look on Amazon.. I found a copy that was brand new and was discounted to $43 US.
It was cheaper than buying the digital versions I needed (TTK & Destiny) for the xbox one.

Thanks! Yup I also figured out that the legendary editon would be the cheaper option to go for. I do not have the digital version of the standard game (I bought the Vanguard edition on disc at release), since the digital download for ttk cost me €40,- and I believe the standard game cost me like (I guess) around €40,- as well (maybe €25,- for a used game) and the legendary edition is €59,99 (almost the same amount as you bought yours on amazone in dollars) at the stores now, so I'll go for the legendary edition :) and again thnx for your advice :p

Sure! No problem. You will get access to the Suros weapons pack as well. You will have to visit the Vanguard QM to get them. They cost a little bit of glimmer. I would check to see if you have higher attack weapons before purchasing them.

Awesome! My primary has an attack of 292 at the moment (I'm not sure since I haven't played since last saturday because of work), seccondary is 280 I guess and my heavy is as I believe also 280 (I'm lvl 40 at 289 light at the moment) so that probably won't be a problem :D
