Very interesting and well thought out. My speculative research has been more about the Vex and alot of what you say makes sense in how the Vex do what they do, but with Temporal Physics not Magic like the Hive use or like in this case the Awoken Covens use a Physic Techno magic to move thru and observe the Veil.
