I think the problem with this one was number 1: I had to retag it 3 times and 2: it was Destiny, which not a lot of people are playing at the moment. And I'll take any tips you can give me :)

People are just pretty polarized on Destiny right now. It's not your fault for liking a game. It's a pretty good idea to link this thread on multiple group walls for maximum awareness. I didn't even know this was going on until I checked the forum. It's also a general rule of thumb to have at least three days' notice to let participant properly schedule this in. However, people can totally forget about things if they happen too many days ahead of the first sighting and will need to be regularly reminded of their commitment. Other than that, you did a great job with rosters, timing (although some are fans of those time converter websites [url=http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/]like this[/url]), and the thread in whole.
