I hope Goldbrand comes back in the next elder scrolls. I was so disappointed that it wasn't in Skyrim or ESO after becoming so connected to it in Morrowind and Oblivion.
There was nothing flashy about it (other than it being gold), it just did a tonne of damage really quickly and that was awesome enough.
