Hard to tell what kind of 'sick' is meant in a purely written medium. Things are so much simpler when one word doesn't have an alternative meaning which is its own opposite... :/

To be fair that is sick a good thing comment came from someone older than thirty or just stupid the tat doesn't look sick in a nasty way i knew right away it was a good thing and I'm almost thirty so maybe they are older than that our just a dumb ass who's out off touch lol
