As long as I can snipe them in the head I think it's alright, so..
-Lower armor to Bladedancer/Stormcaller levels
Cauterize is also another problem, if they get one kill they can easily get the rest. It's a good perk though so it shouldn't just be removed.
-Change Cauterize to DOUBLE kills

I am a sunbreaker I will say hos is op while the subclass is unbalanced. a majority of our subclass is focused on the super. so if you nerf hos you unfortunately nerf the whole class. I would argue that the skill tree be tweaked with certain perks taken away and replaced with other good perks that are not hos focused. that way you nerf the super but balance the class.
