I have also completed all Shaxx and Quartermaster weekly PvP bounties two weeks in a row and have gotten nothing. Zero. Zilch. For enduring an extremely long and poorly conceived quest chain to just unlock weekly bounties that give nothing. Shame on Bungie. Nightfall level gear my ass.
