I enjoy bounty hunting in a Hazardous RES, I'm aligned to Hudson and I'm rank 2, at the moment I get a 50% bonus to my bounties.
I can earn about 10 Million in an hour.

Being aligned to Zachary Hudson and turning in my bounties in his space when he's at position 1 in Powerplay. Glory to the Federation.

I'm sure there's an Imperial leader who has the bonus. I forgot to mention you need to be AT LEAST rank 2 with them.
