I couldn't say, I'd have to test it. I shot a HoS in the head with my void 1000 Yard Stare, and the HoS survived and killed me.

Wonton says it's doable. Solar would obliterate in one shot.

I'll test that, but to my knowledge, elemental damage doesn't factor in PvP, unless someone is blocking with a sword.
