That's not UPS's fault for transferring the package to USPS, that's either you or the shippers fault for being cheap. Surepost is the cheapest option and lowest priority when it comes to service. Next time spring for ground shipping and your parcel will never be transferred.

The people I ordered from had ridiculous shipping prices, it was $14.99 for standard shipping. [spoiler]I wasn't going to pay an extra 20 dollars for a 40 dollar purchase. [/spoiler] Also the package is late now. I'm not sure if that's the sellers fault or ups/usps fault.
