We should really be able to see what calcified fragments each character has too because after you've collected the ones spread throughout the dreadnaught, it's hard to tell which ones each character is missing.

This website helps you track what fragments and ghosts you're missing. If you have more than one character though it may say you have a fragment you've gotten on one character, but not the one you're using.

In the Dreadnaught map screen you can see how many your specific character has in the bottom right
