** If you haven't already, turn off the console and unplug it for about 10 minutes so it has time to forget all connection and routing information plus clear the caches. Try it after that. If still similar conditions, do a detailed network report [b]on the console itself[/b] and checkout what the DL/UL speeds are, plus latency, plus packet loss, and NAT report. That may tell a story and where to look. Your connection is made up of many connections to various pieces of a large network before it ever gets to Bungie, including (but not limited to) your console, your router, your modem, your ISP, the routing in your area, upstream providers, the routing in those upstream areas, the game service (XBL or PSN), etc - 99% of all players that I and a few others have done detailed investigations with have found the problem before it ever gets to Bungie. Sometimes it is something you or your ISP can look into - sometimes it is somewhere in between that you just have to wait for them to fix. The internet is not as black ad white as people think.

That needs to be fixed asap!!!!!
