Cellphones are more advanced and powerful than that. They mostly talk and go diplomatic route to solve conflict Star Wars; The entire galaxy is taken over by the equivilent of stephen hawking (emp palp, old as heck, super smart, mostly jus sits in a chair) and a quadriplegic hooked up to a portable iron lung. So yea jus some interesting notes

The enemy will be so distracted arguing about how stuff should be addressed that the Covents kill them B. The Covents could out smart the other factions 2. Covents always have Taco Tuesday everyday A. This means that they'll turn everyone into liquid with their farts B. Each one is basically a nuke C. They could compile all their Mexican food into a singularity, the Spicy Black Hole 3. Covents are really fat A. Their fat will bounce off everything, even conceptual stuff 4.
