Strange Stuff with the Susanoo
For those that are unaware, the susanoo is a a warlock exclusive fusion rifle obtainable through the "Back in the Saddle" gunsmith questline. The perk that makes it special is called elemental transfusion, and reads whenever you deal elemental damage with an ability, that damage type is "infused" onto the susanoo.
While on patrol today, I noticed a peculiarity with my susanoo. I was running Stormcaller, the susanoo was in "arc mode", yet when I got multi-kills with the weapon the enemies beyond the first were vaporizing in a solar fashion. The strangeness continued when I fired the arc-elemental fusion rifle at a cabal centurion, and the damage numbers showed up orange as they broke its shield.
This leads me to question if the susanoo can actually deal multiple elemental damages at the same time? Has anyone else noticed anything similar?

It'll shoot a lightly colored void bolt, arc will flash around the enemy when hit, but it'll burn away with solar.. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I just started rendering to it as evolving when it does it. 1 ReplyThat perk needs a timer, I want to know how long that burn will stay active and when I should use an ability to change it back or when I should hold off to keep the original elemental burn, I love the gun though :)

3 RepliesBecause it is originally solar damage it will give the same animation. As far as the color of the damage it is always the same.
