Nope tried for a 3rd week already. Still nothing. Its got to be some kind of bug

Same here. I've completed it several times between all of my characters, still haven't gotten the Vienna Singer. I've seen a lot of players ask about this, but no official response from Bungie.

Yeah if you dont get it during your three runs you are screwed
