They drop anywhere. I got multiples on Venus and none on the moon

Is doing the scourage of winter mission and grind the boss while three of coins is active a good strategy to get davlin relics? If not can you tell what is a faster and easiest way to get davlin relics

Random drops. Three of coins or boss farming won't help.

Anywhere. Taken drop most often for me.

So how many do you need to collect? I was under the impression it was 4, but they each had to be from a different planet. I've already picked up 4.
