I know they are dumb enough because it's happening in game. If it was a glitch, how come Luke Smith, DeeJ, or Cozmo or any Bungie employee haven't tweeted about it or said something about it in this post?

Are you sure you're not talking about the bugged crucible/iron banner drops? You are literally the only person I've ever heard mention the raid drop rate being a glitch.
