Yeah sport and performance psychology. Applying concepts like attention control, motivation, and confidence through energy management, goal setting, self talk and a variety of other strategies. All of it can be applied to a variety of performers whether it's video games, professional sports, military operations, business practices, etc.
No harder to get a graduate degree in than any other subject. My undergrad degree was in psychology and my masters is in sport psychology. Many in our field continue on to get a doctoral degree as well. Others will get in the field and get experience in the applied setting.
