Try checking the kiosk by the vanguards (Zavala, Ikora, Cayde) and see if you can grab the legendary sword through an abandoned quest.

I have the part 5 of the exotic sword quest... Had a level 296 legendary sword and dismantled ... So can i get a exotic one by doing part 5 or no ? (kill alaktul and the other one in 30 sec)

You would have to check the kiosk and see if the quest line is there. Most likely if it is you'd need to start from the beginning.
